Join me for a Tantra Workshop where I will give you the tools to ignite the spark of your Desires.
What do you truly desire? What is it that your soul yearns for? What is it that fills up your cup and makes you feel alive?
These are questions that I will support you to explore through this workshop. I will give you the tools to start to identify and ignite that spark within you. Your desires are sacred, they are important, they are part of your journey and your path to discovering the person you want to become.
This workshop will show you that you get to make them a reality. You can live a life in which you are thriving, not just surviving!
Through guided meditations, embodiment and connection exercises, you'll explore:
Opportunities to discover your desires and learn how to express them to others making them a reality.
How to connect within your body, identifying what it is you truly want in your life, what it is that you desire and what lights you up.
How to be held and witnessed in a community that supports and celebrates your desires.
That you are worthy to have these desires and that you are able to recieve them in your life.
